Preferred Broker / Customer Referral Policy
- All Brokers and clients must be registered with White Oak Partners via the Broker Referral form prior to clients visiting the sales office. Please fax registration forms to (828) 86300587 or e-mail to sales@whiteoaktryon.com.
- Clients, Customer and existing White Oak Property Owners registered with White Oak are not eligible for Broker Referrals.
- All qualifying customers not previously registered will then be registered with White Oak, Tryon NC for a period of one year from the date of this registration.
- Registration does not guarantee payment of a commission if the customers visit the site with more than one agent
